I’m so delighted to be offering the first year of Donna Eden’s amazing training.
The Eden Energy Medicine Level 1 Fundamentals Year. Those who wish to become Certified Practitioners may continue on to a second year.
Over the course of four 4-day modules in the beautiful, self-contained Buckland Dinham Hall near Frome, you’re going to learn the foundations of Eden Energy Medicine so you can build deep changes into your own life and begin to support friends and family by sharing these tools.
You’ll learn how to:
- Keep your energy flowing throughout the day and reduce fatigue
- Enhance your self-care skills and strengthen your energy system
- Keep your brain’s energy flowing optimally for healthy memory and mental acuity
- Reduce stress
- Manage illness, pain and autoimmune issues
- Develop skills as a caregiver for family and friends
- Braodening your professional tool box as a healthcare provider
- How to track the bodies energies
- And most of all, you’ll receiving the tools on how to work with the radiant circuits in order to thrive in your life.
The course gives you:
- Four extended weekends over one year
- Lots and lots of hands-on instruction and practice

We cover:
The Nine Energy Systems
Donna Eden describes nine energy systems that impact body and mind, including the more familiar once are meridians, chakras, and aura. You’ll learn how to work with all of them, for better health, clarity, well-being and ideally thriving.
Hands-on Techniques
Blocked or scrambled energy is often the source of pain and discomfort in the body. You’ll learn more in-depth ways to quickly move, shift, and balance energy. Anyone can do it. Get ready to be amazed by the results.
Master Energy Testing
In Level 1 you’ll learn how to energy test. You don’t need any great intuitive powers or an ability to “see” energy. With energy testing, you can reliably assess the body’s unique energies and energy fields. Through Energy testing, you will automatically deepen your energy perception.

I’m delighted that the amazing David Costello EEM CLP and the wonderful Sian Rule EEM Advanced Practitioner will be joining us, as our Teaching Assistants team, for all four classes.
Dave, Sian and Simone have been studying, practicing and teaching EEM together in Frome for the last 7 years and are a fun and fabulous team.
Simone has been studying yoga & meditation mainly in India since 1995. 2003 She took a 9 month intensive yoga teacher training in Australia and has been teaching yoga & meditation since. Her deepening journey brought her, in 2011 to Eden Energy Medicine, which led into a passionate journey of becoming an Eden Energy Medicine CLP/Advanced practitioner and Eden Energy Medicine Level 1 Fundamentals teacher. Simone is practicing in Frome and Bath, she has been teaching the Daily Energy Routine(DER) from the moment she discovered the amazing and instant effects the DER has on people, longterm and short term. During the Pandemic she was able to adjust quickly and gave regular zoom classes to transform fear into love and help people to stay vital and radiant on all levels. In the last few years, Simone has studied a modality called Adventure in Oneness with Rikka Zimmermann she has now finished her 3rd year and is an Advanced Life Transformed Life Coach. The work is beautifully combined with EEM and has enhanced her skills as an EEM Advanced practitioner and EEM Teacher greatly. Simone has a deep connection to nature and loves working with the earth, the vortexes, energy lines, dragon lines and translates EEM and all energy systems onto the earth, therefor she lives with her partner and two children in close contact with the earth, in a beautiful community near Bath.
Simone on Sian: “Ah I love Sian’s gentle Pixi energy, she always has a smile on her face. Sian is an Advanced EEM Practitioner and Yoga teacher. Her love for nature reflects in her supportive groundedness when in class. It’s such a delight to have Sian with us and I can’t wait for you to meet her.”
Simone on Dave: “David Costello is an Occupational therapist and CLP EEM practitioner. I just love having Dave in the class, not just is he amazing when it comes to technology, but he is a very experienced EEM practitioner, having assisted Prune Harris many times. Dave is the kindest helping hand there is and he is an amazing archetype of a beautiful balance between the yin and yang forces, he has so much knowledgable in so many areas, and frankly enhances the whole energy in the room.”
Sian on Simone “I love that Simona’s voice always has a smile there. Teaching, for Simona, is the natural expression of her passion and belief in the power of yoga, and of Eden Energy Medicine. To show and explain, is a natural extension of her passion.”

Buckland Dinham Village Hall is a self contained beautiful village hall, with a full sized kitchen and it’s own garden which, when weather permitting, it’s a gift to take our energy work into the outdoors. Buckland Dinham has been witnessed for over a 100 years of recorded history, located between Frome and Radstock in Somerset on the side of a south facing hill on the A362 surrounded by beautiful Somerset countryside.
Right next door to Buckland Dinham Village Hall is the beautiful chapel of St. Michael and all Angels and you truly know, when working in the hall, that you’re held by all Angels. The energies are absolutely stunning and so supportive of our work together.

This year is going to be amazing. 2024 has a very different energy to the last few years. We are in the year of the Blue wood Dreagon, which is one of the most powerful signs in chinese astrology. This year is full of amazing opportunities to make your wildest dreams come true. It brings abundance on all levels and I’m so excited where it’s going to take us energetically.
