What are you here to remember?

You come here with a purpose - a frequency, a knowing, a self that is entirely your own. When you begin to align with that truth, what no longer belongs to you simply falls away - including the dis-ease that was never yours to carry.

For years, I have guided students beyond the veil of ordinary perception - into the realms where energy speaks, guides awaken, and healing becomes ascension.

I offer one-to-one sessions, live or online, and facilitate workshops and retreats to assist you in connecting to your inner lightness, radiance and health, and making time for a regular self-practice.

I come from a Dharma background, am a qualified yoga instructor, and have deepened my understanding of the human capacity to heal through the study, practice, and teaching of Eden Energy Medicine (Eden Method); Life Transformed ™ coaching; regression therapy; and Akashic Record reading. Whether you are trapped by limiting self-beliefs or stifled by physical injury, in a treatment I bring together all my knowledge and experience to create a healing space that is tailored to your unique needs.
